Lead the Research & Development efforts of company from its inception to develop a range of paint products and its other product lines.
Build and implement a detailed paint laboratory research work plan to fulfill company's research objectives
Actively searches for best-in-class paints among competitors and develops innovation roadmap
Work to improve and expand company's paint formulation consideringthe cost of the products
Develop prototypes for range of products based on company's technology
Collaborate with Production Department and QA Department to run testing of samples
Hosting audits from third parties and regulatory agencies.
